2 sentenced in Toledo police car shooting | Crime
TOLEDO, OH (Toeldo News Now) - Two people involved in an incident that left a Toledo Police car’s window shattered after shots were fired were sentenced Thursday.
Jonathan Figueroa was sentenced to 6 months in prison and 6 months in a treatment facility for his role in the shooting. Figueroa had faced two counts of felonious assault on a police officer and one count of felonious vandalism against a government entity in the case. Two officers were in the car at the time of the shooting, but were unharmed.
Anna Strauss was sentenced to 90 days in jail for obstruction of justice in the case.
A third person, Logan LeComte, also faces charges in the case.
